Saturday, August 25, 2012, Myrtle Beach – Raw chicken in a sink with clean and dirty dishes, no hot water, a prep cooler holding meats at 65 degrees and inaccessible hand-washing sinks were some of the reasons a Myrtle Beach pizzeria ended up this week with a C score of 71 on a health and safety inspection.
