Saturday, Jan. 7, 2012, Myrtle Beach – A Georgetown Asian restaurant received this week's only B score in its unannounced health and safety inspection, and some of the violations noted include an employee not washing hands after eating, mouse droppings and boxes of chicken stored on the floor.
