Saturday, Feb. 11, 2012, Myrtle Beach – Improper thawing of meat and a need to clean and repair several areas contributed to this week's lowest health and safety inspection score at a Surfside Beach pizza and wing restaurant.

St. Angelo Pizza Shoppe
