Pawleys Island Fast Food Restaurant Earns B Score

Saturday, Sept. 8, 2012, Myrtle Beach – A health and safety inspector at a Pawleys Island fast food restaurant observed an employee touching raw meat, then preparing buns and to-go boxes without changing gloves or washing hands.
A dozen violations were noted at Hardee’s in Pawleys Island, including improper food holding temperatures, which resulted in a B score of 78.
