Burroughs & Chapin Sells Marina Inn at Grande Dunes

WaterScapes is an award-winning restaurant located inside the Marina Inn at Grande Dunes, which was sold to Vista Group of Companies.

Friday, Feb. 17, 2012, Myrtle Beach - The Marina Inn, a Myrtle Beach luxury resort at Grande Dunes Marina in Myrtle Beach, was sold by Burroughs & Chapin to Vista Group of Companies, which is headquartered in Canada.

 

A subsidiary of Vista Group of Companies is Vista Hospitality Group, headed by brothers Amin S. Visram, the CEO, and Ally Visram, the COO. The company Web site lists 11 hotel properties, mostly along the U.S. East Coast.

 

The Marina Inn's amenities include WaterScapes Restaurant. The hotel offers large upscale guestrooms plus two- to four-bedroom villas and suites.

 

The sale does not include the Anchor Cafe and Grande Dunes Marina.
