Myrtle Beach Pizzeria Gets C Score of 71 in Health Inspection

Saturday, August 25, 2012, Myrtle Beach – Raw chicken in a sink with clean and dirty dishes, no hot water, a prep cooler holding meats at 65 degrees and inaccessible hand-washing sinks were some of the reasons a Myrtle Beach pizzeria ended up this week with a C score of 71 on a health and safety inspection.
In all, DaVinci Pizza at 1711 N. Kings Highway was cited with 19 violations on Aug. 21. Critical violations may result in enforcement action if not corrected.
At T-Bonz Gill and Grill at 1169 Seaboard Rd. in Myrtle Beach, 11 violations including shrimp holding at 80 degrees and a dishwasher that wasn’t sanitizing contributed to a B score of 82.
