Monday Restaurant Munchies

By Becky Billingsley

Monday, Oct. 29, 2012, Myrtle Beach – A buildup of Myrtle Beach area restaurant news has resulted in an overflow of munchie madness.

Job Fair Reminder

There’s a job fair for all positions today at Castano’s Italian Steakhouse in North Myrtle Beach. Go HERE for details.

Free Thanksgiving Dinner to Deserving Family

Do you know a person who puts, “…the needs of others before their own, who rise above their own challenges to help others and the community?” If you do, through Nov. 15 you can nominate that person to be awarded a free Thanksgiving dinner for themselves and their immediate family (spouse and children) at Captain George’s, located at 1401 29th Ave. N. in Myrtle Beach. Go HERE to nominate someone.

Adult Halloween Treats

All diners who make reservations to dine at SeaBlue on Halloween will get to drack a gift certificate from a special pumpkin filled with discounts ranging from $5 to $100 that can be applied toward that night’s dinner. You have to specify “Trick or Treat” when you make your reservation. SeaBlue is at 503 U.S. 17 N. in North Myrtle Beach, and the number is (843) 249-8800.

Dinner at Crady’s

Crady’s Eclectic Cuisine on Main (that’s their new name) in Conway is open for dinner during shows at The Theatre of the Republic, so Nov. 1-3 you can catch dinner before performances of “Sunset Boulevard.” You don’t have to go the the show, though, to go have dinner. And this – Crady’s is 11 years old this month.

Stone Crab Season

I received notice from a couple of restaurants they have Stone Crab Claws: Louis’s at Sanford’s in Pawleys Island and Mr. Fish in Myrtle Beach. At Mr. Fish, you can have them steamed in the restaurant, or buy them uncooked in the market.
