Monday, November 4, 2013, Myrtle Beach – A donut chain and a new wing restaurant are being prepared for openings in the Socastee area of Myrtle Beach.
Chillin’ Chicken Café is soon opening at 4989 Socastee Blvd., which is the former location of Bingy’s Jamaican restaurant that closed in late summer of 2012. A sign outside Chillin’ Chicken Café says it will have 26 wing flavors, burgers, cheesesteaks “and much more.”
Inside the restaurant is a sign listing the wing flavors, including fire roasted barbecue, super sweet barbecue, chillin’ chipotle barbecue, Ragin’ Cajun and Buttery Garlic Parmesan. The restaurant will deliver, and a hand-made sign inside the front door says it will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner.
A half-block south of Chillin’ Chicken, a new Dunkin’ Donuts is under construction in a former bank building at Braves Village shopping center, which is at the intersection of Socastee Boulevard and Dick Pond Road.
