DHEC Report from Illness-Inducing Rep. Henry Brown Luncheon
From staff reports
Sunday, September 20, 2009, Myrtle Beach – Below are copies of a report from the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control completed after several people became ill following a May 28 luncheon in honor of Rep. Henry Brown held in Myrtle Beach.
The caterer’s identity is not provided; he was an unlicensed caterer who brought his food to the Myrtle Beach Convention Center, which normally only allows their own in-house foods to be served at such events.
