Certified Executive Chef Jason Hall is trying to earn his Master Chef certification.Wednesday, October 27, 2010, Hyde Park, N.Y. - Certified Executive Chef Jason Hall, formerly of The Dunes Golf & Country Club in Myrtle Beach, is taking an exam this week to try and earn the American Culinary Federation designation of Certified Master Chef, a title held by less than 100 other American chefs.
