Wednesday, November 10, 2010, Myrtle Beach - Chef Lou Petrozza, a finalist from Season 4 of the television show "Hell's Kitchen," came to Myrtle Beach in the spring to open a couple of restaurants. He likes this area so much he decided to make it his home base, and he is immersing himself in Grand Strand life and charities.
